With over 50 years of real estate excellence, Chris Balmes is one of the most respected and accomplished Brokers in the region. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and holds prestigious designations including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and e-PRO. Chris is a Principal Broker in both states and is proudly recognized as a Diamond and Platinum Lifetime Member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors (PMAR) Masters Circle.
In 2018, she was named Managing Broker of the Year by the PMAR Masters Circle. Prior to founding CBP, Chris was a consistent top performer in Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal's International President’s Elite, receiving numerous awards for relocation services and sales excellence.

Lisa Balmes brings a powerful blend of real estate expertise and marketing leadership, with more than 20 years of experience in professional sports, public relations, and brand development—serving organizations such as the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Seahawks.
She has earned the Five Star Real Estate Professional designation and served as President of PMAR’s Masters Circle in 2014. Lisa continues to play an active role in industry leadership, currently serving as Vice Chair of the PMAR PR Committee, and participating in the Task Force Committee and Home Builders Association Street of Dreams Committee. She was also honored as a Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 Runner-Up in 2007 and 2008.
